Bootcamp @ 6:00pm

Bootcamp lasts anywhere between 20-40 minutes In this class you’ll be exposed to interval training with several types of moves and you’ll see a combination of intense moves to less intense moves with a variety of cardio and weights. The workout changes daily in order to keep your body guessing therefore keep it working hard and burning calories. All levels are welcome! We will begin with a warm up, followed by the main workout and finishing up with a quick cool down.

High intensity interval training is an effective training method that BLAST away fat! HIIT training is a fast way to burn fat in a short period of time. The best part of all, your body continues burning calories even after the workout is over. If you are looking for a quick, yet effective way to burn fat, then give HIIT IT a try. Please remember to bring a towel, because I will have you pouring sweat.
