 Hey there, my name is Kaitlyn :) I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My passion for fitness and my drive to help others succeed stems from my own personal struggles. From my own experience, I have found that fitness is so much more than just a look. It is so much more than just exercise. It can help give you the boost of confidence you need to be successful in all areas of your life. Your age does not matter. Your size does not matter. All you need to succeed is the belief that you can do it (you can!) and to be willing to put in the work. No matter where you are at or what your goals are, I am confident that I can help you to reach them. You will transform in more ways than you ever thought possible.

Fitness became my passion after I was involved in a serious car accident in 2013. The driver fell asleep at the wheel and the car left the roadway and struck a large tree. As a result, I broke both femurs, my elbow, multiple ribs, and suffered severe pulmonary contusions. 4 surgeries later and 9 months into recovery, my doctor told me that my legs weren’t healing quickly enough and that he would need to do another surgery to replace the rods if they still weren’t healing at my 1 year check-up. That moment truly terrified me. I had also gained 30 lbs and was more depressed than I had ever been in my life. That appointment is what gave me the push that I desperately needed. I started a weightlifting program with a friend and we spent the next 3 months keeping each other on track. It was hard work and I wanted to quit so many times but I didn’t. At my 1 year check-up, my doctor told me that my femurs were 95% healed. There was no question in my mind that lifting weights had done that. I also had lost weight and felt better and more confident than ever. My whole mindset shifted. After that, I never looked back. Since then, I have continued with weightlifting, finished 4 full marathons and completed my first Spartan Beast. This experience has made me realize without a doubt that I want to do everything I can to help others achieve their goals. If I can do it, so can you!
