Kettlebell Fitness @ 4:30pm

It is a class for all levels and body types.  We always have modifications for anything that my be difficult.  It is putting strength training and cardio together.  We have 50 songs that we move around so that you don't come to the same class twice!  Each week we target a muscle group.  Your first visit I will ask you to use a lite kettle bell until you get familiar with our routines!  We believe we are getting stronger together!!

Core Strength @ 5:30

Core strength is a 30 minute class of real core-focused work. We work on toning and defining the entire core to strengthen the back which can improve posture and abdominal strength. Exercises are performed lying on the floor and sometimes standing. Exercises are easy enough to learn at the gym and use at home.

Not your traditional Yoga.  Anna has a Vinyase style Yoga with easy listening music that encourages smooth movements.  We will not be doing complicated movements.  Our goals are to promote flexibility & prevent injury.  All ages & body types are welcomed.
